This dish is a little bit of work, but wow — out of all the Hello Fresh recipes we tried, this was the winner! I swapped out the white rice for brown, and the beef for turkey burger to give it a little more of a nudge toward the healthy. I also bulked up the salad… a lot. Delish!

Of all the dishes I’ve ever served to friends and family in our home, this is the recipe most requested. Traditional macaroni and cheese with an extra cronch on top (sometimes, life gives you something just a little beyond a plain old crunch).
Because filet mignon isn’t good enough by itself, let’s wrap it in bacon, and cover it with mushrooms, cream, and a little bit of booze!
